⚜️Instructions Basics
📜Background Story
During the Peloponnesian War, a fierce war broke out between Sparta and Athens over the control of Corinth and its surrounding areas. As the city connecting Peloponnese with the Greek mainland, Corinth naturally became the city the forces competed for. Sparta sought to consolidate its alliances and further strengthen its military power, while Athens tried to undermine Spartan influence by controlling Corinth. The struggle led to an escalation of hostilities between the two sides, making the conflict worsen.
📜Overview
Epic Showdown features the confrontation between two factions, where both sides are assigned to two ends of the battlefield. Lords need to seize cities and territories based on the routes on the map to secure the final victory.
📜Registration
Alliance Registration: The registration will be open to alliances first; Lords with Official Positions in the alliance need to sign up manually. Here is a limit on the number of participants that can engage in the battle.
Individual Registration: Once individual registration is available, Lords can choose to register individually regardless of whether they are on the alliance's participant list; those who sign up individually will not follow the alliance in matchmaking.
Registration Time: in either type of registration, you need to select a session for the battle. It can be modified afterward.
Last-Minute Registration: If you forget to register or miss the session you sign up for, you can still join an ongoing session or any available session later.
📜Commander
Backup Commanders: After the matchmaking is completed, the system will select several Lords from all participating Lords as candidates for backup commanders.
Selecting the Commander: other participating Lords can vote to choose a backup commander. Lords who become backup commanders can seek support to get more votes.
🎁Rewards
Faction Rewards: Based on the final match results, both sides can receive rewards for either victory or defeat.
Individual Rewards: Based on the final Virtue rankings of all Lords on the battlefield, ranking rewards can be obtained.
Commanding Rewards: At the end of the battle, the commander will receive a commanding reward; the Commander leading their faction to victory will receive additional rewards based on total wins.

📜Faction Rules
The system will divide the participating Lords into two factions based on the registration and matchmaking rules; the two factions will be in a hostile relationship.
📜Combat Stage
Prep Stage: All Lords can enter the battlefield in advance to prepare before the battle starts.
Combat Stage: Once the combat begins, both sides will need to compete for the cities on the battlefield and achieve the final victory.
Settlement Stage: After the result is disclosed, the settlement begins. Both sides can view the final results, outstanding participating members, and individual scores.
📜Entry Rules
The battlefield has set up two spawning areas. When you enter the battlefield, the system will place your Castle in your faction's spawning area.
📜Faction Grouping
Each faction has three groups; the commander may manually adjust the members in each group before the battlefield opens according to the personnel and strategy.
📜Balance of Strength
Building Combat Power: The system will automatically upgrade all your building levels to the same as your Castle level.
Tech Combat Power: The system will automatically upgrade all
currently unlocked technologies to the maximum level. Hero Combat Power: The system will automatically level up all heroes you have to the maximum level and unlock all their skills. Note: The above rules are only effective in this event and will become invalid once you leave the battlefield.
📜Battlefield Troops
Initial Troops: The system will provide each Lord with the same level of Cavalry, Footmen, and Archers. There will be a fixed amount for the sum of all these troops. You may customize the specific types and quantities you want to deploy as needed.
Troop Recovery: All dead or heavily injured troops on the battlefield will not be healed. When you do not have enough troops, you may return to the spawning area, where the system can refill troops to the maximum limit for you.
📜Combat Rules
Territory Occupation: Once you enter the combat stage, Lords from both factions can expand their territory from their respective spawning areas. Any land occupied by Lords of a faction will belong to that faction.
City-State Occupation: By occupying unclaimed land, you can connect to unclaimed city-states on the battlefield. After connecting you can initiate attacks; upon occupation, the city-state will belong to your faction.
Castle Relocation: Lords can manually build a Teleporting Site on any tile of their faction's territory. After the site is constructed, relocation can be performed. When relocating, the system will calculate the time required based on the distance between your Castle and the Teleporting Site; the farther the distance, the longer the time taken.
City-State Teleporting Sites: Each city-state has several Teleporting Sites; when any faction occupies a city-state, any Lord from that faction can relocate to the Teleporting Sites in that city-state.
Fallen Castle: If your Castle durability drops to 0, it will automatically return to the spawning area and enter a "Fallen" status. While in this status, you cannot dispatch troops, engage in combat, or relocate elsewhere until the system lifts this status after a period of time. After the status is lifted, your Castle's durability and lost troops will be restored.
📜City-State Rules
Common City-State: After being occupied for the first time, it provides one-time faction points for the occupier; it will continue to provide faction points based on the cumulative occupation time thereafter.
Faction Checkpoint: In the battlefield, both factions have a checkpoint of their own faction; if this checkpoint is occupied by the enemy, the enemy wins directly.
Central City: The city-state at the center of the battlefield is a special one; each time it is occupied, it grants additional points to the faction that lags behind in points.
📜Battle Result
Settlement: When the battle ends, the winner will be determined based on the score.
Early Settlement: If the score of one faction is double the amount of the other faction and remains so for a period of time, a 10 min early settlement period will be triggered. If the faction that lags behind in score fails to narrow the score gap to less than one time within this period, the system will proceed with the early settlement.
Clearance: If any faction occupies the enemy's Faction Checkpoint, the system will declare the occupier as the winner directly.
📜Virtue
Any Lord can earn Virtue points by attacking enemy Castles, occupying territories, or assaulting city-states on the battlefield. Virtue is an important credential and token of honor in this battle.
📜Legion skill
Skill Explained: This battlefield features a completely new set of legion skills; original legion skills cannot be used on this battlefield. How to Activate: Each legion skill has its own activation conditions; the selected skill will be activated based on the heroes or troops that you deploy in each legion.
📜Commander Skill
About the Skill: As its name suggests, the Commander Skill is exclusive to the Commanders of both factions; they need to choose different skills based on combat situations and earn more advantages for their side.
Condition: To cast a commander skill, some Decision Points will be consumed. If the Decision Points are insufficient, no commander skills can be cast. Each commander skill can remain effective for a certain period and is subject to a limit on the number of uses.
📜Divine Blessing
Instruction: As the battle progresses, the system will automatically unlock certain Divine Blessings; after it is unlocked, all Lords will gain some attribute bonuses and unlock blessing skills.
How to use: Each time the Divine Blessing is unlocked, the system will randomly provide three skills; you may then choose one to equip. The effect of the equipped skill will automatically take effec.
